• Acquiring new business customers and building sustainable customer relationships
• Developing your sales area further and actively contributing to its growth
• Being present on site, creating customer proximity, and achieving genuine regional added value

• Experience in sales, preferably in field sales and/or new customer acquisition
• Experience in actively acquiring business customers and building long-term customer relationships
• Enjoyment of personal customer contact and an independent, proactive working style
• Negotiation skills and a convincing manner
• Strong communication and advisory skills in German and French
• Very good French skills and good German skills; additional language skills are an advantage
• Driving licence category B and willingness to travel regularly in the Western Switzerland region
