Your tasks:

• Timely recording, checking and processing of insurance and investment fund applications according to defined standards and compliance with the required quality specifications
• Quality control and ensuring correct contract processing in the Contracts area
• Contact and collaboration with financial advisors, internal specialist departments and product partners
• Providing telephone and written information on general questions and concerns regarding the Contracts area
• Support in process optimisation and active participation in the further development of internal procedures
• Assuming administrative tasks as well as general support of the team in day-to-day business

Your profile:

• Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable further education
• Initial practical professional experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• Certification as a VBV insurance intermediary or the willingness and motivation to obtain this qualification with us
• Strong communication skills as well as a pronounced service and customer orientation
• Very good MS Office user skills
• Confident German as well as good French and/or Italian skills
• Independent, reliable and careful working style with a high quality awareness, team spirit and a quick grasp
