Quality Inspector/Metrology Technician (m/f/d) 100%
Your tasks
You ensure that our high quality standards are maintained and continuously developed. Among other things, you take on the following tasks:
- Execution and responsibility for incoming goods inspection of mechanical and electronic components
- Inspection and release of initial samples and sample testing according to EMPB / PPAP
- Analysis of quality deviations as well as initiation and follow-up of appropriate corrective actions in close cooperation with purchasing and suppliers
- Support in the evaluation and development of our suppliers
- Execution of demanding measurements and measurement series for analysis and optimisation purposes
- Evaluation, procurement, management and maintenance of testing equipment and measuring devices
- Calibration of testing equipment for the measured variables length and torque
Your profile
- Completed technical vocational training, e.g. as a polymechanic, automation technician, production mechanic, electrical technician or comparable
- Further training as a technician HF, process specialist, master craftsman or comparable further training is an advantage
- Experience in metrology
- Knowledge in mechanical and/or electronic quality inspection
- Experience in handling testing equipment as well as in conducting measurement series and analyses
- Ideally knowledge in pressure, flow or force measurement technology
- Experience with sample testing according to EMPB / PPAP
- Structured, precise and independent working style
- Good German skills in spoken and written form. English is an advantage
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented mindset
