The bilingual offer in Biel is used by people of all ages from all over Switzerland. Many of them work in our partner companies: for example, in the watch sector, IT, or new media. For our business area housing, day care, gastronomy, and building services, we are looking for a social pedagogue 80% by arrangement. These are the main tasks • Individual support and development of adolescents and young adults with difficult conditions at the start of working life • Increasing the social, self, and methodological skills of adolescents and young adults • Planning and coordinating the various modules and practical assignments • Interdisciplinary collaboration with the various involved internal and external persons These are the qualifications you should bring • You have a recognized degree in social pedagogy or a related field at HF/Bachelor level. Additional training such as CAS in school or youth social pedagogy, coaching, systematic counseling, or case management is a plus. • You have several years of experience in social pedagogical work with adolescents or young adults. • You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary work environment and are communicative, empathetic, and service-oriented. • You are a native German or French speaker and have very good knowledge of the other language in spoken and written form.
