Responsibilities:
Administratively process international orders and prepare them for shipping
Check and issue export-relevant documents
Coordinate delivery dates with production and warehouse
Organise and track shipping orders including parcel shipments
Maintain order data, documents and master data
Coordinate freight forwarders and external logistics partners for ongoing shipments
Support the logistics manager with organisational tasks
Take on operational tasks such as bookings and relocations in case of bottlenecks
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship EFZ or a comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in export, logistics or order processing
Confident handling of MS Office and common administrative applications
ERP experience, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Precise and structured working method with strong organisational skills
Reliability in meeting deadlines and international deliveries
Willingness to take on operational logistics tasks if required
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
