The employees of the Advisory Centre of Luzerner Kantonalbank at the Root D4 location advise and support private customers in the areas of saving, payments, investment, pension provision, and e-banking usage. Your job at a glance
What you achieve with us
- Processing of AML-relevant customer files in the CRM systems (e.g. name and address changes, completion of missing documents, quality assurance for incomplete or poorly legible documents)
- Technical contact person for the area regarding questions about processing customer data and AML-relevant files
- Processing the physical return of documents for data updating (allocation, follow-up, system mutations and any necessary reminders)
- Identifying special cases and discrepancies and reporting to the responsible departments to ensure correct and risk-conscious processing
- Active participation in coordination and project meetings with internal departments and external partners as well as contributing practical experience to further develop processes related to the Money Laundering Act (MLA)
- Administrative support for other teams
What you bring with you
- You have completed commercial training or have comparable professional experience in the service environment / student with an interest in legal topics
- Ideally, you have experience in maintaining and processing customer data in a CRM system
- You have a confident handling of digital work and communication tools
- You have a very reliable, careful and independent working style
- You bring a high sense of responsibility
- You enjoy working in a young team
- You are a positive, empathetic and dynamic personality
- You are characterised by teamwork, helpfulness and resilience
- Very good oral and written expression in German rounds off your profile
