About the job
The Téléverbier Group offers its customers (1 million skier days/year) one of the largest ski areas in Switzerland with its 38 lifts and slopes at 3300m altitude. At peak season, it employs nearly 500 staff.
IT Team Leader (m/f) at 80 - 100%
To support our growth and strengthen our team within the framework of ambitious projects, we are looking for:
Your tasks:
- Supervise, lead and support the IT team to ensure quality service for all users.
- Organise IT support activities and ensure follow-up of requests as well as compliance with service levels.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure (workstations, servers, networks, telephony, mobile devices and technical infrastructures).
- Manage IT projects in collaboration with the company’s various departments and external providers.
- Ensure the availability, security and development of information systems.
- Participate in the development of IT strategy and propose innovative solutions meeting the company’s needs.
- Manage licences, maintenance contracts and relationships with suppliers.
- Ensure documentation of infrastructures and IT procedures.
Your profile:
- Higher education in IT (CFC completed by ES/HES training or equivalent qualification).
- Proven experience in systems and network administration.
- First successful experience in team leadership or strong management aptitude.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure), Windows, Linux and network infrastructures.
- Good knowledge of cybersecurity and information systems governance.
- Experience in managing IT projects.
- Excellent organisational, communication and coordination skills.
- Service-oriented, team spirit, autonomy and decision-making ability.
- Practice of skiing and good knowledge of the mountains.
- Experience with technical environments of ski lifts and/or catering (Skidata, Lightspeed, Hexnode MDM, payment terminals, video surveillance, etc.) is a real asset.
