The Merlischachen lido is a popular meeting place on Lake Lucerne. The beach facility includes, besides a sunbathing lawn and a children's playground, also a bathing kiosk / bistro with an outdoor terrace and a diverse gastronomic offer. The tenant has the opportunity to rent out sun umbrellas and stand-up paddle boards.

For the popular lido bistro, we are looking for a tenant and manager from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

Tenant and Manager Strandbad Merlischachen

Your area of responsibility

• Management of the bathing kiosk / bistro during the summer season (at least from mid-May to mid-September).
• Supervision of the entire facility (ensuring peace, order and cleanliness, opening and closing of the facility, cleaning of the toilets and changing rooms, etc.).
• Independent procurement and planning of personnel for the operation of the lido bistro.

• You bring an entrepreneurial flair and enjoy working independently.
• A friendly, well-groomed appearance and enjoyment in dealing with (bathing) guests characterise you.
• Ideally, you have several years of experience in a comparable position.
