With passion, you are a host for patients, employees and guests.

• You maintain the excellent reputation of the hospitality and gastronomy of Lachen Hospital and purposefully expand it.
• Together with your department heads, you lead your four departments: kitchen, restaurant, guest service and cleaning, creating a motivating, attractive working environment for around 80 employees.
• You ensure high-quality and innovative services that you and your employees are proud of. Every day, you succeed in balancing service quality, economic efficiency and regulatory requirements.
• You have the opportunity to successfully implement pioneering and innovative projects for the entire hospital, such as Serve-on-Demand or the planned kitchen renovation.
• You report directly to the COO and prepare relevant decision-making bases.

• You have a successful track record as a leader in a complex organisation with budget responsibility. Thanks to sound knowledge of the relevant specialist areas, you act and communicate confidently at both operational and strategic levels.
• Ideally, you are familiar with the hospital sector and the special requirements for services for patients. You appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, nurses, technicians and other stakeholders.
• You are accustomed to leading leaders, specifically promoting employees and further developing teams.
• You bring sound knowledge in project and change management. Thanks to your digital affinity, you drive the digitalisation of processes forward and use key figures purposefully as management and control instruments.
• With your high resilience and hands-on mentality, your winning demeanour and your excellent manners, you are a role model for our service culture.
