Responsibilities:
Technical advice: You competently advise our customers by telephone and email and find the right system solution for every requirement
Process responsibility: From precise quotation to complete order processing, success is in your hands
Coordination: You are the interface to the field service and logistics, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained
Solution orientation: You see complaints and complex enquiries as an opportunity to prove our service
Profile:
You have completed commercial or technical training and have a strong affinity for mechanics and electronics
Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in the construction ancillary industry or in the field of security technology
Your German is fluent and you command French well enough to competently support our Western Swiss customers
You are an organisational talent who keeps an overview when things get hectic and appreciates an environment based on discipline and mutual trust
