Your tasks
- You support our customers by phone in German, French and English and competently assist them with all concerns regarding reservations, vehicle use, products and services
- You handle customer enquiries about our diverse product portfolio, provide competent information and find solution-oriented answers – from questions about vehicle use to invoices and other administrative matters
- In our value stream organisation, you are part of an interdisciplinary team and actively help shape the further development of our processes and customer experience together with product managers, developers, analysts and other specialists
Your profile
- You have a commercial education or training as a customer dialogue specialist and experience in telephone customer service
- Your mother tongue is German or French, and you have very good spoken skills in the other language. English skills at B2 level complete your profile; Italian is an advantage
- You are enthusiastic about telephone customer contact, convince with your strong customer orientation and quick comprehension – and are ready to work flexibly in shifts from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 20:00.
Note: Depending on your experience and strengths, the focus of the role is either more on advising and selling our products or on supporting reservations and service requests. Together we will find the right focus for your profile.
