About the job
Steinhölzli Educational Pathways offers young adults with special structural needs training and support for professional and social integration. We are looking for someone from 1 July or by arrangement:
As a committed individual, you will support learners in residential settings towards as independent a lifestyle as possible.
What to expect:

- Regular team meetings.
- Free on weekends and public holidays (alternating Sunday evening duty).
- Remuneration according to cantonal guidelines.
You bring with you:
- Training in the educational field.
- Enjoyment in working with young adults aged between 15-25 years.
- You are flexible and willing to work outside usual hours, in the mornings and evenings (including night duty). The workload spread over up to 4 days is not a problem for you (weekends free).
- You have a confident, exemplary demeanour and are able to recognise, assess and respond appropriately to conflict situations, both in group and individual conversations.
- You have good domestic skills and enjoy applying them. Cooking and cleaning are a fixed daily part.
- You can set boundaries and have a professional understanding of closeness and distance.
- You enjoy working in a resource- and solution-oriented manner.
- You are a responsible, resilient and humorous personality with assertiveness.
- You enjoy working independently, goal-oriented and bring experience in professional everyday support of young adults.
