About the job
The LANDI cooperatives support Swiss farmers in the economic development of their businesses. Together with the brands Volg, TopShop and AGROLA, the LANDI cooperatives also supply the population in rural areas of Switzerland with food, everyday goods and energy.For the management of the retail business unit (4 LANDI stores, 3 Volg stores, 2 TopShops) we are looking for an industry-experienced, customer-oriented, proactive leader from 01.01.2027 or by arrangement.
You will also take responsibility for the training and further education of all employees including apprentices and will be responsible for regional product management.

These tasks will inspire you
- Overall responsibility for the retail business unit
- Primary contact for all store and branch managers in the SGF retail sector
- Ensuring economic and well-maintained sales outlets
- Development of measures to improve profitability including implementation on the sales floor
- Independent management of regional product management including the aareguet.ch area
- Responsible for the training and further education of all LANDI Aare employees including apprentices

At the locations Worb, Belp, Wichtrach, Konolfingen, Kiesen, Gerzensee, Toffen, Walkringen and Niedermuhlern, LANDI Aare is present on the market as a regional company with agricultural centres, LANDI stores, Volg stores, TopShop and petrol stations with around 115 employees.
