Your tasks

• Strategically steer the People & Culture agenda and pragmatically implement it together with the team – from conception to the practical design of central formats and initiatives
• Connect personnel and organisational development with a shared leadership and collaboration culture
• Strategically align leadership development, talent management, succession planning, as well as learning & development
• Design organisational, integration, and change projects and advise leaders in transformations
• Lead and further develop the People & Culture team in Germany and Switzerland both professionally and disciplinarily
• Further develop vocational training, career entry, occupational health management, and DE&I in the overall portfolio

Your competence

• Completed studies with relevant reference, e.g. business administration, psychology, personnel management, pedagogy, or organisational development, or comparable qualification
• Many years of experience in human resources, ideally with a focus on People & Culture, personnel development, or organisational development
• Proven leadership experience in a complex corporate environment as well as pronounced coaching and development competence
• Sound knowledge in leadership development, learning & development, talent management, succession planning, and organisational development
• Experience in change and transformation projects as well as in advising leaders and management
• Strategic, networked thinking, strong implementation skills, and convincing communication at different hierarchy levels
• Very good German skills as well as knowledge of modern HR systems; French and SuccessFactors are advantageous
