Your Tasks
- Agogical support and guidance of patients in the textile sector
- Planning and organizing individual person-oriented work processes
- Creating progress reports
- Interdisciplinary and goal-oriented collaboration with internal specialists
- Participation in the further development of the work agogical offer
Your Profile
- Completed basic training with experience in the textile sector
- Training and professional experience in work agogy
- Experience in supporting and caring for people with mental impairments is an advantage
- Outgoing personality with high empathy and social skills
- Reliable working style
