Quality Controller (M/F/D)

About the job

Ronda is an independent family business active internationally in the watchmaking sector. We manufacture mechanical movements as well as high-tech, high-quality quartz movements for wristwatches. Well-known brands worldwide incorporate our timepieces into their watch models. We are looking for new talent for our subsidiary company, Zwahlen SA, which is active in watchmaking turning.

What you will drive

• Perform dimensional and aesthetic checks of watch components, during manufacturing and on finished parts
• Carry out measurements using various conventional and specific control instruments and equipment
• Interpret technical drawings and associated tolerances and document results in Quick Control
• Support production during start-up, series and prototype inspections and respond to quality-related questions
• Participate in the analysis of internal and external complaints and ensure regular maintenance of measuring instruments

What defines you

• Technical training (CFC in watchmaking, watchmaking operator or equivalent), ideally complemented by quality control training
• Experience in dimensional and aesthetic control of watch components
• Proficiency with IT tools (ERP, Quick Control, etc.) and conventional measuring devices
• Motivated, responsible, good team spirit
• Organisational skills, good priority management
