In the Planning department, which is subordinate to the Marketing department, concepts for merchandise management are developed for all LANDI stores and the online shop on landi.ch. The concepts are coordinated with the departments of Purchasing, Logistics and Marketing. To strengthen the team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated and responsible person as Clerk Assortment Planning 80-100%.In this role, you are responsible for the optimal placement of products in sales areas or shelves, with the aim of maximising sales and improving the customer experience. You take into account factors such as sales data, customer behaviour, assortment strategies, seasonality and visual merchandising.

These tasks inspire you
- Responsible for the smooth operation, training and further development of the automatic merchandise replenishment
- Planning, grouping and bundling of all articles into plannable and implementable assortment modules as well as seasonal themes
- Analysing sales data, customer behaviour and assortment strategies to develop effective planograms
- Implementing the assortment modules in the layout area for realistic presentation
- Managing the planograms in the shelf management system
- Documenting the assortment modules for timely implementation in the LANDI stores
- Close collaboration with product management, the sales team and store construction for continuous optimisation of merchandise design
- Training internal and external stakeholders
- Daily contact with the LANDI sales outlets in German and French
- Assisting with the LANDI purchasing fair held twice a year
We look forward to this profile
- Completed training in retail or marketing as well as practical knowledge in retail, ideally experience with LANDI, Do-it or Home & Garden
- Experience in planogram management, visual merchandising or shelf management is an advantage
- Confident German and good French skills
- Proficient use of the MS Office suite
- High sense of responsibility, strong initiative and analytical thinking
- Strong team and communication skills as well as creative and solution-oriented thinking

About us
LANDI Schweiz AG is a subsidiary of the fenaco cooperative and is responsible for the success of the LANDI stores throughout Switzerland. It manages assortment planning, brand positioning and sales promotion, coordinates new and conversion projects and trains the employees of the LANDI stores. At the same time, it takes over the entire logistics, from procurement through storage to order picking.
