What to expect

• Ensuring the proper and professional operation, maintenance and care of construction machinery and equipment including their efficient use
• Consideration of continuous application of safety, quality and environmental standards
• Assistance with troubleshooting on all machines and equipment assigned for maintenance
• Ensuring a clean, orderly site, workplace and driving paths
• Support with blasting preparations for raw material extraction

What you bring

• Completed vocational training or several years of experience in the construction industry or mechanical field
• Experience operating large construction machinery, especially excavators from 30 tonnes
• Knowledge of feeding a mobile crusher is an advantage
• Relevant experience in quarry operations or related fields such as tunnelling, civil engineering or earthworks
• Technical understanding as well as knowledge in the maintenance of construction machinery
• Driving licence class B, ideally with training as a construction machinery operator (e.g. Campus Sursee; M2, M3 and M7 advantageous)
• Independent, reliable working style as well as high safety awareness and team spirit
• A big plus: You have gained initial blasting experience, communicate confidently in German and have good English skills
