Your tasks

• Deputising for the site team leader and taking over their duties during absences
• Responsible for the dispatch of produced quantities, as well as conducting inventory and transport orders
• Organising rail unloading and ensuring efficient loading and unloading
• Supporting the site team in daily operations and operating construction machinery
• Holiday cover for construction machinery operators including shift and weekend work
• Responsibility for sludge reception and water treatment
• Assisting with sampling

Your profile

• Completed training as a recyclist, road builder or in a comparable profession – alternatively relevant professional experience and knowledge in waste management and recycling
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• Several years of experience operating excavators and pneumatic loaders, ideally with an M1 construction machinery operator licence
• Team player with openness to diverse tasks at the plant
• Independent, reliable and hands-on working style
• Very good German language skills (spoken and written)
