Our products stand for movement, regeneration, and health – and for exactly that, they must be technically safe, compliant with standards, and internationally approved.
As a Product Conformity & Quality Manager, you are responsible for product safety, quality, and conformity across our entire portfolio – from mechanical and textile products to electronic and connected solutions. You accompany products from the first idea to market launch and ensure that they meet all relevant requirements worldwide.

Our products are created in the Product Team – and here it is ensured that they not only function but can also be approved globally. In this role, you combine technical understanding with structured work and clear decision-making responsibility – from standards and test strategies to certifications and market approvals.
You work closely with product development, purchasing, and regulatory compliance and are the central contact point for all topics related to product safety and conformity.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You take overall responsibility for product safety, quality, and conformity across our entire portfolio – from mechanical and textile products to electronic and connected solutions.
• You conduct risk analyses and safety assessments, accompany product developments, and ensure that all products comply with legal and technical requirements.
• You identify relevant standards and international norms (e.g., EN, IEC, ISO, UL) and derive test strategies, test scopes, and technical requirements from them.
• You manage external testing laboratories, accompany product tests and certification processes, and evaluate test reports with clear recommendations for action.
• You make well-founded decisions regarding design adjustments, re-tests, and international market releases.
• You are responsible for safety-relevant requirements for electronic products and connected devices, especially in the area of battery and charging integration.
• You manage product-related certifications (e.g., OEKO-TEX® , MADE IN GREEN), ensure their currency, and coordinate certification bodies as well as suppliers.
• You create and maintain conformity documents (e.g., Declarations of Conformity, Technical Files) and approve product and packaging labels.
• You are the central contact person for internal teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Product) and external partners on technical compliance issues.

Your Profile

• You have a technical background (e.g., engineering, electrical engineering, quality management, or comparable).
• You have several years of experience in product safety, standards, testing, or certification.
• You have very good knowledge of CE conformity and international standards.
• You have experience working with testing laboratories and certification processes.
• You work in a structured, analytical way and take responsibility for technical decisions.
• You have very good English skills.
