In the dynamic environment, the Middle Office Specialist plays a central interface role between portfolio management, external partners, and internal stakeholders. In this versatile position, you contribute significantly to the smooth processing of investment processes and ensure operational stability for our funds and mandates with accuracy, responsibility, and a clear focus on process quality.Do you see yourself as an organizational talent with an affinity for financial markets and enjoy structured workflows, complex coordination processes, and the continuous optimization of operational workflows? Then we are looking exactly for you as an experienced Middle Office Specialist to support our team in ensuring high-quality services throughout the entire investment cycle
YOUR TASKS
Smooth processing and continuous monitoring of all investments (underlyings) for funds and asset-managed mandates
Monitoring the settlement of financial instruments traded by portfolio management
Daily reconciliation of fund positions with external parties worldwide
Introduction of new funds/mandates in close cooperation with the Product & Provider Management team
Connecting new custodian banks and brokers as well as setting up the corresponding trading and settlement infrastructure (including applications such as Bloomberg AIM, Triple’A, and internal systems)
Participation in projects to increase scalability and operational efficiency
Booking of redemptions and subscriptions
Support of portfolio managers in daily operations
Processing of cash transfers and foreign exchange transactions (forex trades)
Processing and monitoring of corporate actions
Close cooperation with custodian banks and fund management
YOUR PROFILE
Completed banking or commercial training
Several years of professional experience in securities processing (especially settlement processes); knowledge in the fund area is an advantage
Independent, precise, and responsible working style
High comprehension and pronounced sense of responsibility
Analytical and networked thinking skills
Strong problem-solving skills as well as excellent communication skills
Resilient, agile personality with team spirit
Very good language skills in German and English (written and spoken)
