Head of Quality Assurance in the Plastics Sector (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 130,000Responsibilities:
- Leading and further developing the operational quality assurance team
- Planning, organising and monitoring all quality assurance measures in the production process
- Conducting audits and quality controls according to internal standards and customer requirements
- Analysing quality issues, developing and implementing solutions
- Close collaboration with other departments to continuously improve process quality
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards, norms and legal requirements
Qualifications:
- Completed technical training or degree in plastics engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in quality assurance, ideally in the plastics industry
- Sound knowledge of quality assurance methods and tools (e.g. FMEA, SPC, 8D)
- Experience in staff leadership and development
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Independent and structured working style
- Good German and English skills
