Facility Specialist

Tasks

You support us in the technical maintenance of the facilities and are responsible for the infrastructure
Your concern is to ensure the smooth operation of the Karussell shopping centre
You are committed to the safety of people and assets
You apply your skills in the setup and dismantling of our diverse centre events and occasions
You maintain the surroundings with professional expertise

You have completed vocational training as a facility maintenance specialist or a comparable qualification (e.g. caretaker, sanitary/heating or ventilation technician)
Your German language skills and basic knowledge of MS Office are an important part
You have experience in technical service or caretaking and hold a category B driving licence
You are willing to be flexible with working hours due to opening times including Saturdays
You have knowledge in handling technical systems (e.g. building management system, fire alarm system)
