To execute this strategy, you will oversee the network of local implementation teams to drive readiness and manage and energize the global Change Agent Network. You will design and implement the comprehensive learning strategy, partnering with internal strategic partners (like enterprise learning CoEs) to co-create sustainable solutions. This will be done in close collaboration with the Communications lead to ensure a consistent stakeholder engagement plan. Finally, you will establish key metrics to monitor adoption and act as the primary liaison to align with other major strategic initiatives (eg, FoM, HCX), ensuring a cohesive experience for the organization.
The perfect candidate brings over seven years of experience leading the people-related aspects of large, international business transformations, particularly within complex matrix organizations. Additionally we are looking for someone with solid expertise in managing complex programs and coordinating interdependencies in fast-paced, large-scale deployment settings. Candidates with demonstrated track record in driving the implementation of Veeva CRM and/or Adobe Marketing Automation solutions are in high demand.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Hold accountability for the overarching ECL strategy, ensuring all strategic business goals are translated into actionable business readiness and adoption plans.
• Ensure the connectedness of the local implementation and deployment teams (e.g., Business Implementation Squads) with overall ECL function and enable effectiveness by empowering them to drive readiness on the ground.
• Govern the stakeholder engagement plan, including the partnership with the Communications lead to develop and execute a unified, compelling narrative.
• Lead the activation and effectiveness of the global Change Agent Network, building and mobilizing a successful network of business champions to drive grassroots adoption.
• Oversee the global learning strategy and training curriculum, from needs analysis to the final design and delivery of all materials.
• Establish the measurement framework for adoption and business readiness, including the metrics and feedback channels required to measure success and proactively address resistance.
• Manage the strategic alignment with other Roche initiatives (e.g., FoM, HCX), ensuring all change and communication plans are aligned to provide a cohesive experience.
• Drive sustainable capability building by partnering with internal Centers of Excellence (e.g., enterprise learning) to embed new skills and processes within the business.
• Secure the integration with Deployment and Business Operations teams, ensuring all readiness, training, and communication activities are perfectly synchronized with go-live and "program-to-run" transition plans.

• 7 years of experience in leading the people-side of large-scale, international business transformations, especially in a matrixed environment. A strong understanding of complex program management and the ability to manage dependencies in a fast-paced, large-scale deployment environment.
• Proven Experience of driving deployment of Veeva CRM and/or Adobe Marketing Automation
• 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology or a closely related, regulated industry.
• 3 years of direct people leadership or 10 years of matrix leadership of distributed teams (e.g., managing change networks or implementation squads) and
a proven ability to lead and inspire both direct and matrixed teams, fostering a sense of shared purpose and empowering local champions to drive change.
• Extensive expertise in Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci) and a proven track record of designing and executing end-to-end change strategies especially for large-scale, global technology-enabled transformations
• Proven experience in Learning & Development, including needs analysis, curriculum design, and delivery of modern, blended learning programs for global audiences.
