In this versatile position of trust, you support the CEO and executive management in preparing, structuring, and implementing key decision-making processes. You review proposals, decision bases, and presentations for quality, strategic relevance, and decision readiness, and accompany the specialist departments in their further development. As a neutral coordination point, you bring together different perspectives and ensure a well-founded overall view. You attend executive management meetings, prepare the minutes, coordinate pending tasks, and are responsible for communication tasks of the executive management. Additionally, you coordinate executive management meetings, edit key messages for the organisation, and handle confidential or short-term issues of the CEO. In doing so, you work closely with the executive secretariat and other specialist departments. You have experience in

management consulting, CEO office, business management, project management, staff work

or a comparable environment. You grasp complex contexts quickly, condense content precisely, and convince with excellent written and communicative skills. We are looking for a confident, discreet, and politically sensitive personality with high self-organisation and a strong commitment to quality. You also represent a well-founded personal opinion to experienced executives and combine strategic thinking with the willingness to consistently and reliably carry out operational tasks.
