As part of the development of our activities and to strengthen support for our buyers, we are looking for a:

Client Advisor – Property Developments (80 %)

Your mission

You are the sole point of contact for our buyers between the purchase of their future home and its delivery.

A true link between the clients, our Development team and our site managers, you ensure the quality of their support, respect for deadlines and proper coordination of the various stages of their project. Your role is relational, technical and organisational.

Your responsibilities

• Welcome and support buyers from the reservation of their future home.
• Organise and lead client meetings, in collaboration with the technical teams.
• Present services and assist buyers in their choices of materials, equipment and finishes.
• Collect, formalise and coordinate buyers’ modification requests.
• Ensure follow-up of offers, approvals and deadlines related to choices and modifications.
• Work closely with architects, site managers and administrative teams.
• Guarantee regular, clear and proactive communication with buyers throughout the construction.
• Anticipate difficulties, coordinate responses and ensure requests are resolved within deadlines.
• Participate in pre-delivery visits and key handovers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and client experience.

Your profile

• Training in the building sector, ideally in architecture, building design, interior architecture or equivalent training.
• Proven experience in the construction sector, ideally within a general contracting company, an architecture firm or in managing buyer modifications.
• Good understanding of plans, construction techniques and the various stages of a construction site.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation and ease in dealing with demanding clients.
• Organised, autonomous, proactive personality capable of managing several files simultaneously.
• Ability to demonstrate diplomacy, firmness and pragmatism when the situation requires.
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
• Good command of common IT tools.
