YOUR CHALLENGE

• You are the face of Sunrise and inspire our customers with your positive charisma, targeted advice and the sale of our diverse Sunrise products.
• You build long-term customer relationships and ensure a first-class atmosphere in the shop.
• You support customers with repair and service concerns, acting professionally and solution-oriented.
• You keep an overview of stock and inventory and complete administrative tasks efficiently.
• You live and represent the Sunrise values – innovation, customer proximity and top service.

YOUR SKILLS

• You have completed training in retail, ideally with experience in the telecommunications or multimedia sector – or you are a motivated career changer with a flair for sales.
• You are bursting with enthusiasm for technology, telecommunications and digital trends.
• Your passion for sales is palpable and your professional appearance makes you a true sales professional.
• You enjoy dealing with people and have the ability to quickly recognise their needs.
• Thanks to your patience and technical understanding, you will become an everyday hero for our customers.
• You bring the necessary flexibility to work shifts in a shop that is open seven days a week – this includes regular evening and weekend shifts.
• You have very good German skills; any additional language is a plus.
