Supply Chain Response & Resilience Manager 100%

What you will do:

• Act as the central point of contact for customer escalations related to supply chain disruptions, driving issues towards timely and sustainable resolution, minimizing operational disruptions and ensuring continuity of supply
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales and other functions to align priorities and implement effective recovery plans
• Identify supply chain risks, analyze root causes and implement corrective and preventive measures to strengthen long-term resilience
• Provide transparency on supply chain risks and recovery plans, as well as any impact to customers, to support effective decision-making
• Work closely with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve supply capacity and reliability, including development and implementation of alternative source strategies

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement or Supplier Management
• Strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management and manufacturing operations
• Professional qualifications such as APICS or CIPS are needed
• Strong problem-solving skills, resilience and a solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to remain effective under pressure and drive decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to manage challenging customer conversations and influence without direct authority
• Impeccable command of English and willingness to travel internationally (15-20%)
