To strengthen our team, we are looking for an

Trust Officer 60–100% with IT Co-Responsibility.

Your tasks

You independently manage the accounting of SMEs and corporate groups – partly on site at the client. You prepare payroll accounting, VAT and social security statements as well as provisional annual financial statements. You prepare tax returns for natural and legal persons. You are the contact person for your clients.

Your IT co-responsibility

You dedicate part of your workload to our IT – together with management and our external IT partner:

• Support of our Abacus environment and co-responsibility for Microsoft 365
• First point of contact for IT questions within the team, coordination of the external service provider
• Digitisation and automation of our processes – internally as well as for clients

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with further education as a trust officer, trustee with federal diploma or specialist in finance and accounting with federal diploma
• Professional experience in the trust sector
• Strong IT affinity and enjoyment in taking on technical responsibility
• Experience with Abacus and Microsoft 365 is an advantage
• Independent, precise working style
• Confident German, French skills are an advantage
