You actively shape the further development of our claims systems and ensure that claims system processes become simpler, more digital and more efficient. In the Claims Business Development team, you combine your knowledge of claims management with your IT and Guidewire experience and develop solutions together with an interdisciplinary team that have a direct impact on claims management.

As a Claims Business Analyst, you strengthen the Claims business area in claims management at Zurich Switzerland and are part of the Claims Business Development team. You analyse and optimise existing system processes, develop IT-related solutions and are responsible for the reliable operation of our claims systems. You accompany requirements from the idea through specification and testing to implementation and work closely with interdisciplinary teams.

What to expect

• You analyse and optimise system processes in claims management and are responsible for the necessary maintenance work.
• You develop professional and IT-related solution proposals for the further development of our claims systems together with the agile team.
• You specify new system functions and user interfaces and accompany their implementation.
• You define acceptance criteria, test new functions and ensure traceable implementation of requirements.
• You support the development team and ensure thorough and structured documentation of requirements and solutions.

What distinguishes you

• Completed training in the insurance or IT sector.
• Solid experience in claims management and/or with Guidewire.
• Strong IT affinity and the ability to quickly grasp complex relationships.
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style.
• Fluent German and English skills.
