Head of Human Resources (m/f/d)
Kursaal Interlaken Holding AG (KIH) is tasked with economically managing its properties, including the listed halls of the Kursaal, and preserving them for future generations. Furthermore, KIH promotes tourism and the event business in the destination. To this end, it operates a licensed casino and the congress centre in Interlaken through its subsidiaries, Casino Interlaken AG (CI) and Congress Kursaal Interlaken AG (CKI).
We are now looking for a Head of Human Resources (m/f/d) for Kursaal Interlaken Holding AG as part of a succession plan.

Your Tasks
- Overall responsibility for human resources of the corporate group (around 160 employees, including approx. 70 temporary staff)
- Leadership and further development of the HR department (one HR Business Partner)
- HR Business Partnering: advising and supporting management and executives on all HR matters
- Development and implementation of the HR strategy
- Recruitment of specialists and executives
- Ensuring modern HR processes (payroll, insurance, administration, time tracking, etc.)
- Operational responsibility and participation in all administrative tasks including monthly payroll processing
- Promoting a positive corporate culture and employer attractiveness
- Personnel development, talent management and succession planning
- Mutual representation within the HR team
Your Profile
- Completed further training in HR (e.g. federal HR specialist certificate)
- Several years of leadership experience in human resources
- Strategic thinking combined with an operational hands-on mentality
- Confident German and good English skills
- High social competence, discretion and assertiveness
- Enjoyment of change processes and organisational development
- Experience in the service, tourism or casino environment is an advantage
