For the further development of our sales organisation, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded individual as

Head of Sales and Member of the Executive Board.

Your tasks

• Leadership and development of regional sales managers as well as project management
• Development and implementation of the sales strategy
• Responsibility for sales, contribution margin, budget and forecast
• Analysis of market potentials and customer needs
• Management of strategic key accounts and participation in important negotiations
• Further development of the sales organisation, leadership tools and sales processes
• Ensuring effective collaboration between sales, customer service, technical, logistics and marketing departments

What you bring

• Degree in business administration or comparable education and training
• Experience in sales or key account management
• Leadership experience or strong leadership potential
• Business acumen
• Strong communication skills, initiative and decisiveness
