M365 / Azure Solution Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
You don’t just want to maintain existing IT systems but plan individual solutions and successfully implement them for customers? In this role, you will work on varied ICT projects for SMEs and contribute your expertise in Microsoft technologies, cloud infrastructures, and network technology.
Responsibilities:
You implement ICT projects based on Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure – from technical planning to implementation.
You build cloud, on-premises, and hybrid infrastructures and further develop existing environments.
You implement and operate solutions for Microsoft Teams telephony.
You configure and maintain networks, switches, WLAN, routing, VPN, and firewalls.
You analyse customer requirements, develop technical concepts, and implement them into practical solutions.
You are the technical contact for customers and support them with questions regarding the implementation and further development of their IT.
You support the 2nd and 3rd level support with complex technical challenges.
Qualifications:
You are trained in computer science (apprenticeship/studies) or have sufficient experience with Microsoft system engineering.
You have solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
You are familiar with Microsoft Azure, for example in the areas of compute, identity, networking, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
You have solid experience in network technology and firewall configuration, including switches, WLAN, routing, and VPN.
You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and like to take responsibility.
You appreciate direct communication with customers and can explain technical contexts clearly.
