What to expect
The dedicated Facility Management team is responsible for the entire infrastructure portfolio of our 22 group practices, the Corporate Health locations, and the Central Services. In this versatile role, you will lead infrastructure projects, bear operational responsibility for the professional management of our leased properties, check utility bills, negotiate optimal terms with business partners, and always have an overview of the contracts for the properties assigned to you. You evaluate suitable practice locations, coordinate conversions and refurbishments as well as renovations of existing sites, manage the insurance portfolio, and efficiently handle claims, repair needs, and replacements. Your contribution is also required in the area of practice equipment, whether furniture or medical devices.

What we expect
You have a commercial and/or technical vocational training as well as several years of experience in facility management or property administration. You have experience with rental contracts and utility billings. You already bring extensive experience in project management for construction and conversions. Project management experience is an advantage. You are a team player, possess drive and initiative, and have strong implementation skills. You are characterised by your reliable and customer-oriented working style.
