Ensure the operational handling of logistics flows related to IT hardware resources to guarantee the availability of equipment, the quality of operations, and the reliability of stock movements for all affiliated structures.
1. Management of physical and operational flows (IT & Logistics)
Receive deliveries and returns of equipment, verify their conformity (quantity, quality, references) and record the movements.
Store the equipment in appropriate locations while maintaining order and clarity in storage areas.
Prepare orders, ensure their dispatch or delivery, prepare the necessary accompanying documents and monitor their follow-up.
Actively participate in the entire lifecycle of IT equipment (preparation, returns, decommissioning, and revaluation).
Ensure the maintenance of equipment and logistics materials used.
Apply rules and controls related to the transport, storage, and secure handling of equipment and batteries.
2. Administrative follow-up and activity traceability
Process and monitor tickets and service requests within their area of responsibility according to current regulations.
Accurately record stock movements in IT and logistics systems (entries, exits, transfers).
Check the quality of entered data, participate in periodic inventories, note discrepancies and report any anomalies.
3. Maintenance, safety and team life
Maintain order, cleanliness and safety in storage and activity areas, in accordance with occupational health regulations.
Contribute to proper waste management and the maintenance of vehicles and equipment provided.
Work closely with the team, share useful information to ensure smooth operations and suggest improvements to the manager.
Respond to any requests from management related to their skills.
Initial training in logistics or IT (CFC or recognised equivalent).
Previous professional experience desired in a logistics or technical environment.
Very good proficiency with IT tools, office software and logistics management systems (ticketing/ITSM tools, ERP, WMS).
Excellent command of technical and IT vocabulary.
Category B driving licence (mandatory).
Category R/S (forklift trucks) and C (heavy goods vehicles) driving licences are a major asset.
Excellent physical condition: Ability to carry heavy loads and handle bulky equipment.
Autonomy, rigour, organisational skills and time management.
Strong service orientation, helpfulness, empathy and strong client focus.
Flexibility, adaptability and good stress resistance.
Communication: Perfect command of French, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
