Commitment is required - your tasks

• Together with your team colleagues, you are responsible for managing the administrative part of the Employee Lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding). If it fits and you already have experience, additional tasks from the areas of payroll, sickness and accident, recruitment and consulting can be added.
• Your tasks include, among other things, checking work and residence permits, recording upcoming retirements and service anniversaries, as well as the initial registration of employees in our IT system Abacus.
• You regularly maintain written and telephone contact with managers and employees and advise them on operational processes.
• We want to develop further - bring in your know-how and experience and actively support us in the change process!

• You ideally complement your commercial training with further education at the specialist certificate level or with corresponding practical experience in the field of Human Resources or social insurance.
• You are persistent, flexible and do not easily lose your composure - our working environment is very dynamic.
• An open, empathetic and solution-oriented attitude is natural for you.
• Our employees are distributed throughout Switzerland. If you already have French skills - that would be perfect! If not, we will gladly support you in refreshing the language.
