The Special School Home Mätteli: not peculiar, but special!
We are a special education institution for children and adolescents with cognitive and multiple disabilities aged 4 to 20 years, who attend school and live with us. We stand for high service quality in a dynamic environment.
We are looking for interns – pre-internship, 80% workload for the school sector from
August 1, 2026 to January 31, 2027 / August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027
February 1, 2027 to July 31, 2027 / February 1, 2027 to January 31, 2028
You will work Monday to Friday 100% and thus compensate for the school holiday time off.

Tasks
You will:
• support the teacher in supervising and promoting 4-5 children/adolescents
• support in practical life and nursing activities
• participate in overall operational events
• participate in annual camp and project work
Requirements
You bring:
• interest in the holistic care of children and adolescents with intellectual and multiple disabilities
• joy in working in a young and dynamic team
• flexibility, resilience, and a pinch of humor
• and you are at least 18 years old
