Construction Manager: Residential | Commercial 80-100%

Your tasks:

• You manage construction projects during all phases of the construction process (on-site construction management)
• You monitor cost and schedule planning for new builds and renovations
• You prepare tenders / bid comparisons / contracts
• You work closely with architects, planners, clients and authorities
• You handle construction accounting in Messerli

What you bring:

• Basic training / completed apprenticeship in the construction sector (preferably construction manager)
• Practical construction management experience
• Enjoy coordinating, strengths in organisation, reliability, good manners with third parties, negotiation skills and assertiveness, direct and open communication, honesty, loyalty and teamwork
• You work independently, solution-oriented, precisely and proactively
• Good IT skills: MS Office, Messerli
