Your Tasks:

• Independent project management of building construction projects within the specified budget framework as well as quality assurance in the project and within the team
• Assumption of tasks of internal project management (e.g. scheduling, quality assurance, risk management, budget)
• Active control of deadlines, costs and building qualities as well as the preparation of feasibility studies
• Technical, economic and organisational construction consulting

Your Qualifications:

• Completed studies in the field of architecture or a comparable qualification
• At least three years of professional experience in project management of medium-sized building construction projects
• Experience in the Swiss construction industry
• Experience in the Life Science sector is an advantage
• System knowledge such as Revit and CAD
• Confident German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Assertiveness and ability to motivate
• Willingness to travel
