Development Engineer Mechatronics (100%) m/f/d
In the MedTech business unit, we develop innovative medical products based on the latest technologies interdisciplinarily up to production and market maturity. As a manufacturer, we support the products throughout their entire lifecycle. In our development department, you have the opportunity to help shape varied and demanding products.
Your tasks
- You take technical responsibility for mechatronic assemblies and make well-founded technical decisions throughout the entire development process.
- You develop innovative mechatronic solutions and accompany the entire process from concept idea to verification and approval.
- You create, maintain and review technical documents such as CAD data, drawings, parts lists and verification reports.
- You plan and support technical verifications, ensure the highest quality standards and guarantee compliance with standards (MDR, ISO 13485, ISO14971, ISO 10993).
- You recognise deviations from specifications, processes and standards early and initiate appropriate corrective measures.
Your profile
- You are an experienced developer with a passion for innovative medical technology and want to create real added value with your ideas.
- You have a degree in medical technology, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or a comparable technical field.
- You bring several years of experience in the development of medical products and have ideally already taken responsibility for assemblies, subprojects or complex development tasks.
- You move confidently between development, design and project work and enjoy working interdisciplinarily.
- You develop practical and innovative solutions with modern CAD systems – preferably Solid Edge.
- You analyse complex technical issues, make well-founded decisions and accompany technical reviews, risk analyses as well as verification and approval activities.
- You take responsibility, work in a structured, independent and quality-conscious manner and successfully complete projects.
- You communicate confidently in German and English.
