Event Administration Staff (a)

For our event team, we are looking for a committed, service-oriented personality who inspires our guests already in the planning phase and professionally manages administrative processes. In this versatile role, you support the team with administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth running of events.
These are your tasks
- Management of the telephone switchboard
- Responsibility for reservation management (restaurant and groups)
- Guest correspondence as well as management of general mail and email intake
- Creation of menu and banquet cards as well as maintenance of event content
- Voucher sales and voucher administration
- Maintenance of guest databases (e.g. Gastronovi, E-Guma)
- Complaint management in cooperation with the event management
- Support of the team in the care and execution of events
This is what sets you apart
- Professional experience in the administrative field, ideally in the event or gastronomy sector
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment of guest contact
- Organisational strength as well as a structured and independent working style
- High communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Confident handling of MS Office and digital tools
- Willingness to work occasional shifts outside regular working hours (evenings, weekends and public holidays)
