The Adullam Foundation is a leading institution for geriatric medicine, therapy and care in Northwestern Switzerland. It operates a hospital and an affiliated nursing home each in Basel and Riehen. The approximately 800 employees offer elderly people a regionally unique all-round care from acute medicine through rehabilitation to transitional and long-term care. The Adullam Foundation trains a large number of apprentices and students every year. From August 2027, we offer you an exciting, practical training in the field of nursing and care in the nursing home.

What to expect:
As an Assistant in Health and Social Care EBA, you help support and accompany our patients in their daily lives. During your training you will learn:
- To care for, support and activate elderly people in their daily lives
- Assistance with mobilisation, positioning and transfers
- Personal hygiene, meal accompaniment and simple nursing tasks
- To implement prophylactic measures
- To work in a team and communicate with various professional groups
- To take on administrative tasks in everyday nursing care
You will become an important part of our nursing team – empathetic, committed and right in the middle of the action.

- Completed compulsory schooling (at least level A)
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people
