For our Swiss company (Pharma-Care Division) based in Basel, we are looking for a Pharmaceutical Representative 100% (Central Switzerland and Lake Zurich, excluding Zurich), to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your mission
Within the Medical Care Business Unit of the DACH region, you will strengthen the Swiss Pharmaceutical Care Sales department, which is responsible for selling the Medical Care product portfolio. In your role, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager Switzerland, you will be responsible in your respective territory for promoting and selling medical products and services to healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital physicians.
Main tasks
Relationship building: Establishing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.Sales presentations: Conducting detailed sales presentations and explaining the benefits of the product portfolio to inform customers about the advantages and application of the products.Market analysis: Evaluating and analysing the market in your area to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends. Participation in national and international congresses/fairs.Documentation: Keeping accurate records of sales activities, customer contacts, and feedback.Customer support: Ongoing support and training of healthcare professionals to ensure correct product use and address concerns.Administrative tasks: Recording customer and congress visits, sponsorship requests, etc., in the relevant tools.Understanding scientific studies and the ability to use them in discussions with medical professionals.
Your profile
Ideally an SHQA certificate or equivalent trainingAt least three years of sales experience in the same industryStrong organisational skills and high independenceConfident use of Office softwareFluent in German (English is an advantage)
