For our Service Market team at the headquarters in Dietikon ZH, we are looking for an experienced Specialist: Maintenance and Repair Contracts 100% due to an internal transfer, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Creation, monitoring and management of maintenance and repair contracts for commercial vehicles and vans.
• Support of the sales team as well as direct customer advice
• Collaboration with workshops and technicians
• Ensuring that maintenance and repair work is carried out efficiently and in accordance with contractual agreements.
• Monitoring costs related to maintenance and repair work to ensure they remain within budget.
• Monthly analysis of the development of service contract portfolios
• Analysis of market trends and competitor offers to improve our own services and remain competitive.

Your background:

• You have completed further training as a Technical Salesperson with a federal diploma or Customer Service Advisor with a federal diploma
• You bring experience in the commercial vehicle industry or a related sector and ideally have several years of professional experience
• You possess good assertiveness, initiative and enjoy contact with other people
• You have very good German skills, as well as good English and French skills
• You are strong in communication and distinguished by your service- and solution-oriented working style
• You want to share your expertise with our customers and provide competent advice
