To support our Litigation / Arbitration team, we are looking for a legal assistant to start immediately or as soon as possible at our headquarters in Zurich.Legal Assistant - Litigation / Arbitration Team (40-60%)
Position:
- Support for our partners, lawyers, and management of their secretariats
- Various administrative and organisational tasks
- Smooth organisation of daily office routines and appointment coordination
- Reliable and efficient handling of demanding correspondence in German and English
- Organisation of travel and events
- Invoicing
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial or equivalent training
- Several years of professional experience in secretarial work, preferably in a law firm
- Proficiency in MS Office programmes
- Confident German and very good English skills (additional foreign language skills are an advantage)
- Proactive, thoughtful, flexible personality with a quick grasp
- Service-oriented, independent working style with a strong commitment to quality
- Ability to maintain an overview during busy times, set priorities correctly, and skilfully respond to the needs of the lawyers
