Responsibilities:
Professional advice and support for planning offices, HVAC planners, installation companies and other relevant contacts in the central region
Support in planning, design and integration of modern heat pump systems
Development of customer-specific solutions considering technical requirements and energy objectives
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers and specialist partners
Active acquisition of new customers and expansion of the regional network
Presentation of products, system solutions and technical innovations during customer visits and specialist events
Accompanying projects from initial consultation to successful implementation
Monitoring market trends, customer needs and developments in the field of renewable energies
Close cooperation with internal sales, technical departments and other internal specialist units
Qualifications:
Technical basic training in heating, building technology, HVAC or a comparable field
Ideally further training in technical sales, building technology or energy consulting
Experience in heat pumps, heating systems or building technology is an advantage
Enjoyment of technical consulting as well as personal exchange with customers and specialist partners
Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and a confident manner
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in expanding a regional customer portfolio
Very good German language skills
