Your Tasks
- Representing the bank in public, participating in regional events and actively maintaining important contacts
- Acquiring new customers, recognising potentials and opportunities, and targeted referral to specialists
- Needs-oriented advice in all phases of life: selling basic, pension and investment products as well as identifying pension gaps
- Developing and implementing an acquisition strategy for the branch area - in close cooperation with the private customer team management
- Ensuring the highest quality standards in advice and sales
- Applying and complying with legal and regulatory requirements and codes of conduct
- Participating in projects and responsibility for the CI-compliant appearance of the branch
- Professional leadership of three employees at the Hünenberg location
Our Requirements
- Commercial basic training with completed higher education and further training (e.g. higher technical college or university of applied sciences)
- Several years of banking experience in private customer business and sales (Sales Excellence)
- Proven sales success and enjoyment in inspiring customers in the long term.
- Language skills: confident German, very good English skills, additional language skills advantageous
- Very good market knowledge of the Zug economic region
