To complement our team in Burgdorf, we are looking for a

Clerk Service Internal Sales 100% (m/f/d)

What you can achieve with us

• You calculate and create customised offers
• You are the first point of contact – in writing and on the phone – for our customers
• You take care of master data maintenance and ensure smooth processes in order management
• You always keep ongoing projects in view and ensure that no task is left undone.

What you bring with you

• A commercial education or comparable further training is an advantage – experience in internal sales or customer service.
• German as a native language, French skills at level C1 or higher (mandatory), basic English skills
• You have a good sense for technology and communication and enjoy applying both in contact with customers and internal contacts
• Independent, precise and efficient working suits you
• You are dynamic, customer-oriented and remain friendly & focused even in stressful moments
• You are confident on the phone – you build trust from the first conversation
