Swatch Group Les Boutiques SA manages multi-brand distribution networks in Switzerland and operates 7 Shop-in-Shops within Manor stores across the country. We offer brands such as Swatch, Tissot, Balmain, Mido, Rado, Hamilton and Certina. To complete our team, we are looking for a permanent :

Sales Advisor 50% - Shop-in-Shop Manor Vevey

Job description

You will actively contribute to the smooth running of the point of sale by ensuring quality customer reception and maintaining a neat presentation of products.

Tasks :

• Welcome and assist customers by offering personalised service.
• Actively participate in daily operations and support the in-store team.
• Contribute to cash management and payment operations.
• Ensure the sales area is well maintained: product presentation and adherence to merchandising standards.

• Apply the internal procedures implemented by the company.

Profile

• You have previous experience in sales.
• Knowledge in the watchmaking field is a significant advantage.

Professional requirements

• You are proactive, comfortable in interpersonal relations and demonstrate flexibility.
• You are customer-oriented and have good listening skills.
• You have an excellent appearance and a strong sense of service.
• You are comfortable with administrative tasks.

Languages

• You are fluent in French and English; knowledge of other languages is an asset. 

Company address

The position is based in Vevey. The Shops are an integral part of Manor centres and follow the same opening hours, Monday to Saturday.
