What you will achieve with us

• Together with your team, you develop and establish the market strategy for the area of liquid plastics and basement waterproofing and sustainably lead it to success.
• You support architects, planners, applicators and customers with your technical know-how and accompany them on demanding projects.
• Together with our building construction sales team, you win new customers and further develop existing partnerships.
• For new customers, you conduct initial instructions directly on site and ensure successful product application.
• In the swisspor Academy as well as directly with customers, you plan and lead training sessions and specialist events.
• Together with your team, you analyse market and competitive developments, identify opportunities early and implement them into concrete measures.
• You actively shape marketing activities and support the positioning of our systems and solutions.
• Together with technical, suppliers and partners, you contribute to the further development of our products and systems.
• As a subject matter expert, you competently support internal and external contacts.
• Together with your team, you prepare technical documents, processing guidelines, training documentation and content for digital channels.

 What you bring with you

• A technical education in construction, for example as a technician HF, construction foreman, waterproofing specialist Polybau, tinsmith foreman or with a comparable further education.
• Solid practical experience in the field of liquid plastics and basement waterproofing according to SIA 272.
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact as well as a confident manner towards architects, planners and users.
• Experience in technical consulting, training and practical knowledge transfer.
• A good sense for market trends, customer needs and new business opportunities.
• An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
• Negotiation skills, persuasiveness and a high degree of initiative.
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; additional language skills are an advantage.
